One will not leave Casa Luis hungry with the extensive menu filled with a vast  array of Spanish dishes.  Let me paint you a picture of what you get once you’ve been seated.  Starting off with a pitcher of Sangria will wet your palette for a delectable appetizer of Gamba Al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic Sauce) or Caldo Gallego (House soups).   Not sure what to order next, ask one of the experienced staff for advice.  I recommend one of the Paella’s served in a quart size pot filled with rice, chicken, sausage, clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp arriving at your table piping hot!  You can’t go wrong if you order Shrimp, Lobster  or Mariscada (mixed seafood) enveloped in Green Sauce.  If seafood isn’t your fare then you can try the Veal            or Chicken Extremena served with onions, sausage, and peppers in its own juices.  No matter what you choose from Casa Luis’ extensive menu will be a savory delight.
