Every March, Long Island shifts into a completely different energy. Streets turn green, music spills out of open doors, and people seem to instantly be in a better mood. It is the type of weekend where everyone is out, everything feels alive, and the whole Island seems to be celebrating together.
For 2026, that feeling stretches across three of Long Island’s most popular towns. This St. Patrick’s Day pub crawl brings Patchogue, Farmingdale and Huntington together for a full day of exploring, walking, listening to music and meeting people you will probably end up spending the rest of the day with. It is an easy way to start in one place, end in another and collect stories along the way.
The Village Idiot : 8 E Main St, Patchogue, NY
Patchogue Pub Crawl: 12 PM to 8 PM
Patchogue gets moving early on St. Patrick’s weekend. By noon, Main Street is already filled with people dressed in green and ready to start their day. With your wristband on, you can wander at your own pace and check out whichever spot catches your attention. Every bar has its own vibe, so you might walk into live music at one place and then a packed room and a classic Irish drink at the next.
Check in at any participating Patchogue location between 12 PM and 6 PM.
The Coop Nashville Kitchen Bar and Lounge 342 Main Street, Farmingdale, NY
Farmingdale Pub Crawl: 1 PM to 8 PM
A little later in the day, Farmingdale’s Main Street becomes its own celebration. The crawl begins at The Coop Nashville Kitchen Bar and Lounge, which is known for music, movement and a crowd that is always ready to enjoy the afternoon. From there, the street stays busy with people walking, talking and popping into spots that feel right in the moment.
Huntington Village Crawl
Huntington usually brings the highest energy and it tends to last from afternoon through late night. The streets fill quickly, the bars stay busy and you never have to look far to find a spot with music or a group that is already in full St. Patrick’s Day mode. The official list of participating places is coming soon, but anyone who knows Huntington already knows that the atmosphere is always strong, especially on a day like this.
