Founded in April 2024 and named after Phil’s daughter, Gabriella’s Nursery and Florist Center has quickly grown into a year-round destination for horticultural excellence. The shop features a full-service florist along with a wide variety of plants, gifts, and garden essentials. As a true family business, it builds on more than 70 years of combined experience from the Patti family’s other ventures, Dom’s Landscaping and Domco Lawn Sprinklers in Garden City Park, managed by the family’s eldest sister, Michelle Patti Farino. Patriarch Dominick shares with a smile, “We don’t know everything, but we know enough. When my kids were growing up, they truly believed their last name was Landscaping.”

At the heart of Gabriella’s are the floral designs created by Lori and Nancy, whose artistry and passion shine through in every arrangement. From personalized wedding flowers and event designs to meaningful memorials and tributes, their work reflects the unique spirit of each occasion. Karen creates digital landscape renderings and designs, while Jorge and Marcelle are knowledgeable nursery associates who are always ready to help. Courtney, the nursery’s talented buyer, carefully selects all trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials. Each team member plays an important role in bringing Gabriella’s vision to life.

Known locally as the Glass Dome House, Gabriella’s is more than a florist. It is a place where the community comes together. “It is incredibly rewarding working with the Patti family,” says Jorge. “Their commitment to maintaining this special space for the neighborhood is inspiring. It is a place where people can come to enjoy nature and connect with one another, and I am proud to be part of it.”
